Methodology

How Tilsim verifies its numbers — product by product, without asking for trust.

TV Budgeting: reference-model parity

The calculation core is compared against the agency's reference Excel model — the workbook buyers already trust — cell by cell. The parity suite currently holds ~17,000 cell-level assertions and reproduces the Tier-1 comparison with a measured 0.000% delta; the public claim we make is <0.01% deviation, rounded conservatively.

The discipline: when a scenario fails parity, the cause gets fixed — the tolerance never gets loosened. The core is frozen; releases that would move a number do not ship quietly.

The reference workbooks stay on the agency side; parity runs as automated gates on every release. The chain being checked — rate cards, seasonality, dayparts, ladders, iteration — is described on the TV Budgeting product page.

TV Planner: Nielsen-formula verification

TV Planner reads Nielsen exports for the Moldovan TV market — spot monitoring, people-meter viewing at member level, broadcast schedules — and reproduces Nielsen figures. Metric formulas are verified line by line against the Nielsen desktop reporting in daily agency use, and those comparisons run as permanent automated checks.

Tilsim is a user of Nielsen data and a partner, not a certification holder. TV Planner is Tilsim's own software and is neither certified nor endorsed by Nielsen; all trademarks belong to their owners. The metrics themselves, and what the client sees, are on the TV Planner product page.

ValueMetrics: send-level logging

Every conversion sent to Meta Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions or Google's Data Manager API is logged individually — orders in, events out, failures and retries. Match rate is reported in three separate columns (email, phone, cookie) instead of one blended figure, and the results land in your own ad accounts: if our dashboard and your Ads Manager disagree, your Ads Manager is the one that counts.

What is connected today, and what has to change on the store's side, is listed on the ValueMetrics product page.
