What data we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on tilsim.io we receive the name, contact details and message you choose to send. We use them only to reply to your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and steps prior to entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location by IP, device type, and interaction patterns; Clarity may record anonymised session replays (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks). Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site. IP addresses are processed by these providers; we do not receive them in raw form.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver and secure the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
We do not send marketing e-mail unless you have asked us to contact you.
Processors and transfers
Data is processed by Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Vercel (hosting), each under their own data-processing terms including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Retention
Contact-form correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for up to 24 months afterwards. Analytics data is retained per provider defaults (GA4: 14 months).
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Moldovan Law no. 133/2011 you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Moldova: CNPDCP, datepersonale.md).
