The Snapchat Ads MCP integration is live for advertisers, giving them a direct line from third-party AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini into their ad account data, after Snap confirmed completion of the rollout on July 25. Admins authorize each AI agent separately and set what data it can reach. At launch all connections are read-only; Snap plans to add write access, letting approved agents make changes directly, in a future release.

Campaign managers using MCP-connected chatbots skip manual reporting and query performance trends in plain language, asking things like which campaigns need attention over the last seven days instead of exporting data into spreadsheets. The rollout follows Pinterest, TikTok and Meta's own MCP launches, putting Snap's ad platform inside the same conversational-AI workflows agencies already use for other channels. It arrives alongside Snap Smart Assistant and a revamp of Dynamic Product Ads built on new agentic recommendation models, part of what Snap calls its "human-first, AI-enabled advertising" push.
