A $25,000 connected TV campaign for red-light therapy brand Rouge Care returned more than $125,000 in attributable sales in the second quarter of 2026, per Samuel Bonneau, senior copywriter at Rouge Care. Ad agency Klever Programmatic built the campaign through PubMatic's AgenticOS, the sell-side platform's AI infrastructure for media buying, where audience discovery is handled by PubMatic's own dedicated bot. The campaign's target return on ad spend was 250%; it delivered 500%. "The campaign delivered 500%, resulting in over $125,000 in attributable sales against that spend, doubling our goal," Bonneau said.

Media buyers evaluating agentic tools now have a public data point: a $25,000 CTV buy returning $125,000 in attributable sales, run through PubMatic's AgenticOS with Klever Programmatic overseeing the account. The audience discovery step in that buy was handled entirely by PubMatic's bot, a detail Bonneau confirmed to Adweek. The figures come from one small-brand campaign in Rouge Care's own reporting, a scale worth noting before drawing conclusions for larger budgets.
