DIDENOK TEAM: blogger CPV spans 0.79-14 rubles across TikTok, YouTube, VK, Telegram

Between July 2025 and July 2026, DIDENOK TEAM reviewed internal budgets and rate cards covering 550 Telegram bloggers, 700 YouTube creators, 500 VK bloggers and 650 TikTok creators to build average CPV benchmarks by platform, topic and format. TikTok pricing held in a tight band, from 1.57 to 2.61 rubles per view outside celebrity deals, aided by algorithmic distribution that carries videos past a creator's own subscriber base. On YouTube, prerolls stayed the cheapest buy, integrations commanded a premium for deeper placement and longer attention, and Shorts showed the widest swing, costing more than full integrations in niche categories such as business, technology and auto. VK's long-form integrations were the cheapest format at 0.79 to 1.68 rubles, VK posts ran 4 to 14 rubles, and clips ran 2.80 to 12 rubles, with celebrity, sports, beauty and lifestyle creators commanding the top rates. Telegram CPV rose broadly across categories, including entertainment content at 1.53 rubles on average and construction, design, renovation and DIY content at 1.64 rubles, amid what the agency described as turbulence around the platform.
Budget lines built around a single flat CPV per platform will misprice half the plan: format and category swing cost by a factor of ten within the same network, and treating a VK post like a VK long-form integration or a niche YouTube Short like a broad-topic one leaves real money on the table. Telegram buys need extra budget cushion given the platform-wide price rise the agency reports. Campaigns targeting trust-heavy niches such as beauty, sports or lifestyle should expect premium rates for smaller, higher-intent audiences, while mass-reach categories keep costs low through algorithmic scale.
