DAZN Media+ partners with AudienceProject for cross-media measurement from 2027

DAZN Media+ has signed a commercial agreement with AudienceProject to bring independent, panel-based measurement to its combined video assets: Kayo SPORTS, BINGE, Foxtel Go and linear TV. The deal builds on a separate agreement between the Video Futures Collective and AudienceProject to introduce independent cross-media measurement across the Australian market, with DAZN Media+ joining as a founding VFC member. By combining census-level campaign delivery data from its platforms with AudienceProject's audience panel, the companies will let advertisers see campaign demographics, co-viewing, reach, frequency and overlap through a single methodology starting in 2027.
Streaming already adds measurable audience beyond linear campaigns: DAZN Media+'s own testing found streaming added 36% reach to AFL campaigns and 27% to NRL campaigns. Independent, panel-based verification of those numbers from 2027 gives buyers a documented basis for shifting budget toward combined linear-and-streaming packages, and a way to check DAZN Media+'s reach claims against a third-party standard instead of the platform's own reporting.
