A 20% increase in monthly leads was the target agency 4 Pixels set when it launched a January 2026 Avito Promo campaign for Rolf Moto Yugo-Vostok, a Moscow motorcycle and quadbike dealer in the Rolf group. The team worked the Motorcycles and Quadbikes subcategories, prioritizing listings with the most views and the freshest photos, since Avito's algorithm ranks both higher. Promotion was managed by hand, moving budget toward listings that produced contacts and away from listings that underperformed. Underperforming listings were switched off, sold units were removed, and new stock was added and promoted: 15 new or republished listings joined 50 carried over from the prior period within the first two weeks. Listings also carried detailed photos of individual components, engines, wheels, dashboards, seats, letting buyers assess a vehicle before their first contact with the dealer. By the mid-month checkpoint of January 1 to 15, views reached 8,600, contacts reached 56 at 691.9 rubles each, saved listings reached 737, and target calls reached 21, while spend dropped to 38,800 rubles. Brand manager Vera Churikova said the placement and its analytics tools "helped optimize spend and raise conversion." The dealer closed the month having exceeded its lead plan by more than double.

Cutting cost per contact by nearly half while more than doubling the lead target shows the payoff of daily, listing-level budget control in a fixed-inventory vertical like used vehicles. The team reallocated spend inside the campaign itself, pausing listings that produced no contacts and pushing budget toward ones that did, and refreshed inventory as units sold. Agencies running comparable dealer or marketplace accounts now have a concrete benchmark: a 20% lead target beaten by more than 2x, with contacts costing 691.9 rubles each under manual bid management.
